Apartment Changeovers:

Fulginiti Contracting, LLC provides services that property managers need. We know that in order to get the highest rent possible, your units must be in good condition. When your units become available, call us! We’ll make sure your units are changed over quickly. Thus, limiting the time your unit is off the market.

We can completely rehab a unit from kitchen to bathroom, bedrooms, basements, new light fixtures, door knobs. Or perhaps you just need one room rehabbed or updated. We’ll do any or all of the above items. Call us! No job is too small.

Fulginiti Contracting, LLC has provided services for realtors since our company was established. Realtors know the value of curb appeal and how it improves a home owner’s position in the market. We will help you with your curb appeal. Many times these types of changes are small items. The size of the project doesn’t concern us. We’ll complete projects of any size, from replacing one window or door to replacing all the windows and doors.

We also know that items always come up after an inspection, or just before settlement. Call us anytime! We will make sure that you get to the settlement table.
